MODELS WANTED

Details:

1. You get a FREE modeling session taken before May 31, 2009. Bring 3 to 4 fun, funky, and fashionable outfits.

2. You will receieve 50% off your senior session and 20% off your portrait order. Your session must be taken before August 30, 2009 to receive your discount and your final portrait order must be placed by October 1, 2009. (Click here for session fees.)

3. You will receive 25 custom designed model cards with your name and images to get you started. Let's hope you need more.

4. Your images will appear on our blog, Facebook, website and other advertising materials.

5. You will receive a cool video slideshow and images to display on your Facebook page.

Senior Model Incentives:

For every model card redeemed from your friends, you will receive a $20 gift card to OakWood Mall and your friend will receive a $25 credit toward their portrait order. Valid one card per senior, per session. If all 25 of your model cards are redeemed you can receive $500 to spend at the mall!

Requirements:

1. Full-time student in Class of 2010.

2. Have your senior portraits exclusively taken at Siri Benrud Photography before August 30, 2009 and place your final portrait order by October 1, 2009.

3. Be involved in school and your community.

4. Have a great attitude, personality, and personal style.

5. Your parent's approval and permission in writing.

I understand that by participating in the Siri Benrud Photography Senior Model Program that my images may or may not be used in advertising. I agree to have my senior portraits exclusively taken by Siri Benrud Photography before August 30, 2009, and I will have my final order placed by October 1, 2009.

As a Siri Benrud Photography Senior Model, I will refer future Siri Benrud Photography clients and will make positive remarks about my experience to my peers about Siri Benrud Photography.

As a Siri Benrud Photography Senior Model, I understand that I am promoting my school, myself, and a positive image of Siri Benrud Photography. Any violation of this agreement will cancel all commissions I may be entitled to from my referrals.

If you are selected you will be asked to sign a printed copy of this document at our studio.
